  • Is the programme just as effective when I don’t want to lose much weight?

    Yes. AbsoluteAndre is an even more effective, modern, functional training – you decide yourself how much you want to reduce.  

  • What do I do when I don’t understand something?

    My team and I are there for you 7 days a week, on Facebook, Instagram, via email and sometimes on Live Support.

  • What do I need for the workouts?

    That’s the best part! You can train whenever and wherever you want, at home, on the beach, in a hotel or in a fitness studio. You don’t need any equipment or weights.

  • How often do I have to train?

    My highly effective fat-burning, muscle and strength building workouts only need between 15 and 20 minutes, three time a week.

  • What about the yo-yo effect?

    With Absolute Andre you learn and learn to love exactly that lifestyle that safeguards you from falling back into old behaviour patterns. Your yo-yo days are over.

  • I am extremely over-weight; can I join anyway?

    Of course! If you can’t manage the workouts in the beginning, no problem. Simply modify the exercises so they work best for you personally.
